Certainly a lot more legitimate then suing over a game called Scrolls. Fallout is a very obvious and well known game title, whereas half the people who know about Skyrim have no idea what an Elder Scroll is.
They're orcs, not uruk-hai! Those don't get made until Saruman falls to the dark side.
Seriously, though, glad to see this game turned out well. About time the franchise got a worthy game. (War in the North was good, yes, but not amazing.)
You'd think a human rights commission would have more important things to do. (Then again, if they don't, that would mean they've done their job pretty well.)
