I'm assuming you're talking signal strength... My router is upstairs in my "office," directly above my living room which is where my laptop and PS3 are both located. The desktop, which has the media files on it, is wired to the router. The laptop is wireless, and has 7 of 7 signal bars, and the PS3 signal strengthbounces between 90-100% depending on the temp outside. Warmer usually means better signal.

I've been on this forum for 4 years now and every year someone says the current year is the "year of the games." Technology is growing and every year a majority of the games that are rated 5 and under as the year progressesare still going to blow the games that rated 7 or higher from the prior year. Note, that I said MAJORITY of, NOT all.

It's just howthings work these days. Same thing with cars, TV's, entertainment, and pretty much everything else in existence in the world. This is why 10 years ago, a 32" 480P LCD or plasma TV would set you back over $6-7,000 and today you'd have a hard time selling that thing for $250. Or how now if you go to best buy, that same $6-7,000 would get you a 72" LCD 1080P with 5 HDMI inputs, 5 optical audio in/outs, built in hi-def tuner and Over The Air antenna,built in blu-ray player, and all the otherfancy stuff to go with it. Ahh, such is life....

I'm using TVersity, and I can access the 400 GB of media on my hard drive. However, if I want to watch a movie or listen to a song, it is SO glitchy, that I'd rather just watch/listen to it on my computer than sit and deal with that crap! How can I get this software to run more efficiently so I can actually enjoy my music and videos? Thanks!

I just put Rock Band in for the first time in a few weeks and noticed there was an update. Does anyone know if the update included the compatibility of the guitar with GH3 or the GH3 guitar works with Rock Band yet???

I love Rock Band and I wanna buy GH3 but I'm holding off until the guitars are compatible, so I don't have more money into it than necessary by purchasing other guitars for each game. Thanks in advance!

on the little cargo level. as soon as the game started some guy spawned inside of my body immediatly knifing me. lame. and im getting tired of the lousy sniping. even if my cross hair is right on you dont worry it won't hit you. i cant hit you unless you run directly at me and im holding my breath all teh way.flinknasty

Yeah the worst part about a bad spawn is the fact that how does someone seriously kill you literally milliseconds after you respawn? I think I've shot one, maybe 2 people who spawned in front of me, but I've been killed hundreds of times that way. I don't think anyones cheating, but it does seem really stupid that some people have guns that are ALWAYS pointed at your head when they're in view of you.

dont even rent it... it's absolutely overhyped and not ANYTHING at all that you would possibly expect... take what you think of the game, and how cool you think it will be, and how much fun it will be, and then divide that by 1/4, if that. A waste of time and money, any way you look at it so skip it over and get uncharted instead.

ok then well put out 2 versions of afrika - one where you walk around and take pictures and one where you are on a dangerous safari instead. Cabelas is alright, especially the dangerous hunts games, however, it'd be more fun if you were an african guide and you need to guide tourists or scientists or SOMETHING through the wilderness and keep them protected from the wildlife. Maybe THEY are taking pictures and WE need to protect them. Sorry but with very little or no plot, no way to really lure me in, there's no need for hype.

I realize that this means my tastes are different from others. However, game manufacturers typically make the best games that appeal to the majority, because they ARE looking to make money and all... What would be the point of making a game that not everyone wanted??? There's no profit in targeting the opposing demograph, and where there's no profit, there's no business. The game will flop and it will have been a waste of time and money.
