Hopefully in this next year bitcoin will relax alittle bit. Or if not, Nvidia ramps up production to get the prices back down.
I just wonder why Ram skyrocketed. DDR3 isn't bad, but most people use DDR4 now- and 8gb is 100$ on average. Now think, you really want 16gb now and thats 200$. Used to be closer to 50$ for 2 4gb sticks not maybe a year ago.

Internet my way goes out all the time, trees falling over lines. 'and no, I'm not moving. You and your close neighbor enjoy your fast internet' Its bad enough Doom on pc is a 70gb download, with huge enough patches to where I uninstalled it. Not alone requiring to be online.
@thedud3abides: Eh, too much to do I'd disagree with. That was my big problem with it really. Take the size of 'The Witcher 3s' world, and take away things to compel you. Skyrim, Witcher, games of the sort have tons of little miniature stories to draw you into the side stuff. You don't get that here.
Beyond the memories and main quests, theres not a ton of story of any sort. So the side quests are usually for rupees or sometimes equipment you don't need. I ended up beating the game in 30 hours. All 4 main guardians defeated, scales from the 3 dragons, 'the sword that defeats darkness', and a few other things. Could've easily done it in 20, not knowing all you needed is a good stack of Arrows for Ganon.
Great game, definately. Have its quality of life problems? Absolutely too.
BOTW was a great game. Just finished it last week. But it has 'so' many problems, I don't get why people never go on about them. It felt like a buggier mix of 'Witcher 3' 'monster hunter' and 'assassins creed.'
The horse system is essentially busted, to where I never wanted to ride. Even scanning epona in with an amibo, its less fluid than even in ocarina of time. If you go even slightly fast, you can barely turn. Which speaking of, the stamina crap. Yes, if you go to shrines, a second circle helps alot. But you can't even swim, if your stamina is out. Leading to some frustrating moments. Then unless you upgrade stamina, forget about catching any horse.
'slight spoiler' You essentially don't need the 'sword that defeats evil' because the game is setup where it wants you to rely on Arrows. The final boss? Keep plenty of good Bomb arrows, and its a breeze. The final form? You 'have' to use arrows. Even with some of the best armor in game, you're always seeing yourself going 'back' into the menu to eat food anytime you get it. Take the Lynels for example.
I'm glad I had the experience once, but its the first zelda I don't want to touch for a long time. I liked Twilight Princess alot more than this. At least it had a truely epic final battle.
Hopefully theres alot of Daredevil in here. I hated Jessica Jones and Cage so bad, I didn't even try Iron Fist.
But I'm sure not. Probably will be more bad fake humping excuse for sex between Jones and Cage. Just hopefully Cage didn't 'just' have sex with someone else this time.
Tell me...why is it 'just about' every multiplatform game on the system performed and ran much worse. Skyrim barely worked if you put in so many hours, because it only had 256mb of ram. If its a multiplatform? 9 times out of ten, it ran worse on ps3. And don't throw the 'unsharted' card.
But! You're right in that it doesn't translate to anything. The switch almost has as much power as the xbone according to this article. Obviously not the case.

All the decisions on what runs at 1080p/720p, performance. Thats all on the switch/game side. Not the dock. The dock literally just charges and is a proprietary usb-c hdmi dongle. At some point, you'll likely see a cable replace that entire dock. And when its plugged in, the switch knows which 'portable or docked' settings to take on.
Watch literally anything. Digital foundry, teardowns. The switch knows what to do on its own.
@Richardthe3rd: I agree with you for the most part. Its like the actual 'production' values were ignored in making the game. HORRIBLE b-tier sound effects, even on a great sound system. Pointless sex scene at the beginning. Bland and predictable story. But the gameplay itself, is fairly fun and well made.
I think if they use Doom as the basis on how to do the next game, we have a full on instant classic. But I bet it'll be closer to the new order.
Just about every metal gear solid game on sale. EXCEPT 4! Wouldn't be a problem, but my ps3 turns off if you play discs for too long. 'and MGS4 is literally all I'd play on it now'

Sadly, theres not a 'ton' left in the manga do adapt even after what, 27 years of the manga running? Theres maybe one more arc they could do. But it seems like all these preteeners are going on about the show looking 'different.' Especially this season 3, I quite love the adaptation.
