Instead of dumping money into new engines and realistic everything, just give us a fun game to play at a good price.

The reason difficulty levels were high were for money.

At arcades, challenge meant death, which meant quarters.

In home games, it made the game longer, which meant people thought they got their value.

@customx5: It's the fact that Eddie constantly writes horrible articles (and I use that term loosely) that are riddled with misspellings, typos, syntax errors, and all sorts of mistakes that could be fixed by having a spellchecker running or, deus forbid, actually reading over everything before posting.

Also, most of his articles are, for the most part, useless information that maybe hits three paragraphs; with the majority of the writing just paraphrased from some other source.

You are a decent critic, writing wise (rhetoric and all that). I ding you for using episodic when it's serial that means a show or season with an arc.

@The_Inebriator: I agree. I haven't returned a game because if it's an AAA game, I either buy it right away, or at half price a few months from now.

If it's an indie game, I usually don't buy them unless they are on sale, and I feel the same as you. I paid 4-5 bucks for your game that you spent time on, keep it.
