@simonbelmont2: I think the biggest flaw was letting you choose you're own character. The PC was in the military (with honors) and has a family, and the plot revolves around that. I didn't care about finding my family so I did side quests.
Second biggest problem? Diamond City was too far away. It's the starting point of the main quest, but you have a hefty questbook before you reach there.
@asylum83: I didn't finish it either. I put a lot of hours into it, got to a point where I had no more upgrades or leveling and the story wasn't doing anything for me. I did enjoy the hundred or so hours I played.
"Making games is hard," EA Worldwide Studios boss Patrick Soderlund told Kotaku.
I think the gigantic amount of Steam Early Access games proves that's not true. You meant to say, "Making games that look so real that our bosses cream themselves and fanboys go rabid is hard".
I'm having a bunch of fun with the new South Park game and Evil Within 2, and Wolf 2 is going to be good as well. And all of them are SP games.
Ubisoft and Bethesda don't seem to have much trouble finding good SP games. (can't believe I just complemented Ubisoft).
