So with my specs in my signature, I was wondering if upgrading my PC was worth it atm. I got my hands on the FF14 beta over the weekend and at max settings it was running at about 35FPS.. I heard people pretty easily getting a stable 60FPS so I was wondering if maybe it was time I started making some changes to my rig.

Without bottlenecking, what do you guys think would be the first step in upgrading?

Well, going a little off topic then, do you think anything on the rig is worth upgrading for now? Based on my specs below?

And even if not, where do you think I should start upgrading in the future? MB? CPU?

So I have a GIGABYTE Radeon HD 6950 1GB GPU and I'm wondering ( since I think they stopped making this particular model ) what card I can crossfire it with? Or should I just upgrade to a new single one? Any help would be appreciated.

because I already have the case. :x I got it last year for x-mas and I really didn't plan on getting a different one for a couple of years.

GPU in question:

Tower in question:

it's looking pretty steep... you'd think that a full-tower case would be able to pull it off but I'm skeptical.

I've been out of the CPU world for a while, so I'm not 100% sure on what's up to date. Browsing around I've seen that some of the stuff is still the same, but I thought I'd ask just in case.

My GTX 275 is finally running its course and crapping out. It's out of warranty and quite frankly I think it's time for an upgrade anyway so I can take advantage of my crossfire supporting MB.

What do you all suggest? I won't be able to get both GPU's right away, so suggest a good mid-range one that can still play everything on the market and be viable w/ a second one in about a year or so.

Thanks!

This has been an ongoing issue with a few 3DS's that I've encountered, mine included. My GF's however, is fine.

First there's the official Nintendo starter kit:

Then there's the Rocketfish™ starter kit:

Which should I go with? The Rocketfish one makes more sense... it has a game folder..
