When I had to RMA my card ( for the 2nd time ) they were super helpful. At one point I had the new card being shipped to the wrong address.. I called them up, some estatic girl picked up, put me on hold for a few seconds while she called UPS, then told me everything was all fixed. It was.

So this is my motherboard. I don't have another card to test, but I'm finding it hard to believe that another card will fit and bridge. Which PCIE slots am I supposed to use? I figured it would be the first two ( starting from the top ) ..
