TheSurvivor2299 website uses the same font as F3 menus and that symbol was on loading screens. If the site is owned by Zenimax it looks like a pretty sure thing to me.

@WildZerstoren I don't understand why people read reviews if they think scores depend on how much the reviewer was paid under the table. Have you played the game yet?
