One thing that came to mind was Splatoon. What could the Inklings moveset be? And what items could they introduce?

I was thinking, the Splat Roller could be a really cool item that any character could pick up! One hit kill with Area of Effect.

And the Final Smash could be one of the Special Weapons. There's a lot of possible specials to choose from. Maybe you could activate the Final Smash and choose which one to use? Or perhaps they're environmental hazards in a Splatoon stage!

Notable releases since October include Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and Celeste. There are great games there, you're just choosing not to get them.
