I can think of 5 on Wii U/Switch (bundling them both into this gen since it's ambiguous anyway):

Splatoon, ARMS, Snipper Clips, and Zelda BotW (yes it is original - not just for Zelda either), Captain Toad's Treasure Tracker.

Toad might be a bit of a stretch, but the other 4 seem pretty original.

It's hard for me to choose. They're both my top 2 favourite franchises. But I think I prefer Mario overall.

I'll give you $1 for it.

Online ecosystem and plenty of third party games. Remember, the PS4 sold itself on third party software in its early years as well.

To be fair, Nintendo did a pretty good job at keeping a dead console for around as long as it did.

I'm sure Microsoft would prefer all of those sales to be new Game Pass customers anyway. It's going to be difficult to judge NPDs given game pass now. It may be an outdated way of viewing things in the near future.

I'd recommend it too (obviously if you've got certain tastes in games).

Surprised to hear that Horizon didn't get recommended. Seems like a no brainer.

Not much of a character, but I like the Squid Kid designs from Splatoon.

All of those subtitles u honestly sound like fans came up with them.

I'm sorry, I'm not going to refute your other points. I barely even read them. I merely skimmed the thread, saw that you said that Skyrim was unplayable without mods in an "objective" manner, and I didn't like that since it was a false claim followed with the word "objective".

But if you used the wrong word, fair enough. We can leave it at that.

You may be right about your other points, but that's not what I had issue with in the first place, so I won't bother going back to read something I may or may not disagree with.
