Maybe its from the lack of frontal USB ports? This reason may be completely absurd, but it doesn't seem farfetched.

I bought an RCA to audio jack converter. There's a specific name for this, but I can't remember it. I had to order it online, and it took me forever to figure out the name. If there's a Radioshack or a similar place that sells all assortments of wires, they'll most likely have one there. They're also really cheap. I got mine for $1 (even though S&H was four times that).

I know you purchased the games yourself, but do you have a real job? I know you're paying for your own 360 and games, but it may be coming from your allowance, which is coming from your parents. If you don't, maybe you can prove to your parents you are mature enough to handle M-rated games by applying for jobs and getting hired, especially if you do it under your own effort. I really don't understand your situation too much, but if you really know the difference between right and wrong (and you don't need an adult to remind you otherwise), you should be able to get some M-rated games.

However if you do have a job, than I don't really know what to tell you. Usually the best kids are the ones that can be trusted enough by their parents that they'll leave them alone to do their own bidding (of course, before this level of trust was gained, they were raised harshly).

Someone asked this question earlier, but I think you're better off with the wireless. The battery life isn't great, and I've had mine run out of juice when it wasn't in use, but that's why I'd usually just opt out for rechargeable AA batteries. The wired controller is smaller and not nearly as comfortable as the wireless one, but there are some problems you'll have to deal with in exchange for the newer model. The buttons are responsive...at first. Usually once you start cracking at it, you can usually get them to start working in your favor. Another problem is the strum bar's sensitivity, especially when you strum upwards. You will need to learn how to upstrum if you're going to want to stand a chance on the much higher difficulties, so watch how hard you hit the strum upwards because it might register as being hit twice. They may have fixed this in the later models, but don't count on it. Lastly, the wireless controllers biggest problem is it's lack of motion-sensing responsiveness, which means more than 90% of the time, tilting your guitar upwards won't activate the star power. Someone earlier told me that pressing the back button functions just the same as tilting the controller, so you're going to have to teach yourself to "palm mute" onto the back button in order to activate it. In other words, while keeping your fingers on the strum bar, tap the palm of your hand onto the back button to activate star power. If you're left handed though, than you're out of luck, since the back button's placement was not designed for lefty's, so if you are one, you probably should just go get the X-Plorer controller.

Alien Hominid HD, Geometry Wars, and Aegis Wing. I guess I'll be picking up Undertow fairly soon too.

What about a video game based off the Geico commercials? Maybe if they just made a TV show about the cavemen on those commercials, maybe they could make a game...? Hmm...

Good and long? I'd either go with The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion or The Orange Box, whichever genre you prefer more.
