If you swap parts frequently then having LC is making it more difficult to change. Not so much for a CPU though, as all you need is to take of the water block and switch CPU, new thermal paste then place the block on it again, but with GPU it takes more time as you need a new block as well. And waterblocks basically double the cost of the new GPUs I really doubt Titan waterblocks cost a thousand dollars. Also clearly money is of no concern. When you're spending 10k on a computer, it seems silly to cheap out on your case and cooling.
