@KaotiK_un_basic: I'm in the same trench there.... I'm not buying any more premium passes nor DLC passes anymore. There's just not enough value in most cases these days. Maybe at Xmas when it drops to $20 I'll jump back in.
Case in point: Got all the Hardline DLC for $12 this week. Loved the car control point modes... looking forward to even more creativity here.
Gaming revenue specifically jumped 3 percent, or $44 million, to $1.65 billion, Microsoft said, noting that "strength in Xbox software and services offset lower hardware revenue."
Better yet: Since the Destiny2 beta will take longer to download than the amount of gameplay it has to offer, just skip it.
All DLC is open on Battlefield1 for free this wknd.
...and even better than that:
Fortnite goes live for preorders today! It has tons of content and a mind-blowing amount of customization & variety (unlike the Destiny grind). I suspect a few conference calls will be ignored this afternoon...
Did they just high-five themselves as a marketing tactic? Aka, "don't pat yourselves on the back TOO hard, since we can't help but notice you haven't said what your returning player counts are..."
