Like most of you unions are the main reason i even come here. I have a large group of friends that i remain in contact with and weve been a close knit group for years, and now you guys are just bombing the building while were in it? The hell, and are we losing all the content within them for good too? All the threads updates and all that will be gone? What a waste, dont do this.

Id rather have something different completely, weve had enough of galaxy. But i would like something a bit more like mario 64 and sunshine with big levels to explore and less linear path stages.

Of course gamespot breaks right before E3, seems appropriately inconvenient. Fix this quick

Its coming, we just dont know when or what it will be. Weve already got WWHD confirmed for this year, which will tide us over since they said zelda wiiu is taking longer than they thought so we wont see that one for a while. Its possible we might see something of it at e3, but its still too early to say.

[QUOTE="meetroid8"]Revise the brick wall that was the Triforce shard quest. Absolutely killed the pacing. No more grinding for rupees to pay Tingle's ridiculous fees, no more having to sail around to dredge up each shard after I've already spent the time completing challenges to get the charts. If ever there was a part of a Zelda game that needed to be streamlined, this is it. GreekGameManiac

Thos too,yeah.

Im hoping they just cut out the middle man (Tingle) and rework it in a way that isnt annoying, oh and get rid of tingle and his brothers.

God this is terrible

Designs are awkward, combat is atrocious, locations look detailed but uninspired, visuals are terrible, music is bland and monsters are useless punching bags.

I can't seem to find even a single redeeming value to this game

semianonymous

Oh so youve played it?

pssh its way too early to judge that harshly buddy.

I owned the 80GB MGS4 bundle bought in 2008 and it YLOD in 2012:cry: RIP. I have a full time Job and average playtime is 2-5 hrs per day. Kept it very clean.I wouldn't say 'Guranteed' but the porbability is high in the long run compared to the slim and the new super slim.

Reasons:

1) Fat Models tend to expel ALOT of heat due to bigger power consumption.

2) Lots of exhaust opening means more chances of dust bunny build up due to more dust particles going in.

3) Inefficient and inferior quality of thermal paste (which is common in all models and recommended to replace with a good one after warranty).

4) Unleaded solder used by Sony in CPU/GPU which cracks up after numerous heat cycles.

My theory is you can extend the inevitable YLOD maybe a couple more years down the road if you take the precautionary measures of replacing thermal paste with a high qaulity one and keeping the PS3 in a cool environment, vacuum the exhasuts twice a year and open up the PS3 to clean it from inside with vacuum to suck up any dust bunny build up.

Oldgun

^This is pretty much correct on all acounts TC

And my MGS4 80GB PS3 of that same year also bit the dust this year like yours as well. Ive gotten it fixed, but as we know its only a matter of time before it happens again. I plan to buy a slim model and do the full on memory transfer between them at some point. You can keep the system as clean and well as possible, but theres no stopping those internal problems. Frankly every sony system ive had has broken down at one point or another (except psp), so im going to wait on there next gen systems, because that is far too big of a problem for them to overlook, and who knows if they wont do it again. Your better off with a slim model in the end, the fat ones are far more prone to this issue, its almost an inevitability with them. Some have avoided it for now, but they wont be lucky for long i can guarantee you that.
