Have to agree with this, DKCR knocked it out of the park and was an excellent title all around. Easily one of my favorite wii games, in fact ill be so bold as to say it was superior to its predecessors in every way *ducks for cover*.

The producer david cox said they were ending it with lords of shadow 2 and they would be going on the different projects after during the gamespot live stream, so id assume that would be it for the lords of shadow section of the series. I dont think konami themselves are going to try to continue it with another developer since id assume they would respect what they made, much in the same way they have not tried to continue the original timeline if the original devs werent involved. Id assume that after this they may return to the previous timeline and direction. I cant say for certain since its just speculation on my part, but i just think thats what they will end up doing, I too wish to see the 1999 game come to fruition at some point, thats too good of a game to let fade into the wind as far as im concerned.

I can understand the dislike to an extent, but for the most part im going to give it a chance and see what it has to offer. We will probably eventually get more metroidvainia games from IGA since this and LOS2 are the last in this line of games so ill enjoy this for what it is right now.

Yea some of these long talked about but never seen titles are slowly loosing steam IMO. I really want to play the last guardian but its just not even on the radar anymore, it and final fantasy vs 13 have almost bypassed this whole gen at this point. I sure hope TLG at least shows up at the tokyo game show, because i fear the worst for it if it doesnt.
