Dude, c'mon really? You couldn't have really fallen for that? There's so much wrong with it. That said, I think Galaxy 3 on 3DS is possible. I wouldn't mind a proper Galaxy 3 in 2014 on Wii U though.

Mario Sunshine 2 would be cool. I'd like them to make another game with a more fleshed out hub world, one where you can earn more stars (or shines as it is here).
Ironically, the hub worlds have gotten smaller and smaller since SM64. It's disappointing.
Also both those box designs are cool even though they are fake.
The mock up box art for Super Mario Sunshine 2 looks stellar but the mock up for Super Mario Galaxy 3 looks awful. I did not care for the Galaxy games all that much. I would rather have a new Sunshine.
Id rather have something different completely, weve had enough of galaxy. But i would like something a bit more like mario 64 and sunshine with big levels to explore and less linear path stages.

the greatest thing about mario galaxy and sunshine 2 was that they are groundbreakingly original. Â if you milk them too much, you won't get that same originality.

But they have released a bunch of new IPs the past several years. And they have a new one coming out next month. Yeah a brand new direction for the 3D Mario series would probably excite me even more than Galaxy 3. Though I see the gamepad's touch screen fitting well with some of the activities in the Galaxy games, like flying between those blue orbs.
