You should get it, because it's a fantastic game that is now very affordable to buy. Do yourself a favour and pick it up.

The game was terribly laggy for a few weeks until earlier today when the new patch went live. Now it is once again a smooth, golden bowl of hot love.

[QUOTE="dragonmsster765"]

I'm looking to buy a new DS. On my old one, the hinges are broken, the L and R buttons work on and off, and the right speaker never works. What do you think? Should I stick with a DS lite? Or spend a little extra to buy a DSi? The original DS is too bulky, and the DSi XL is too big to comfortably fit in my pocket. What are the pros and cons of both? I need help deciding.

Heirren

Wait till E3 and see how much money the 3DS will cost. The DSi and the XL seem rather pointless to buy at this point in time, given their price tags. It's likely the prices of the current lineup of DSs will drop when the 3DS is announced. I'm thinking $99 for the DSlite, $129 for the DSi, and $149 for the XL.

I don't agree. Just yesterday I bought the DSi + Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story package for $179 CDN, which is a fantastic deal. I definitely recommend purchasing the same if you can find it. Sure, maybe the 3DS will come out this Fall, but if you want a DS now, you may as well get one now. Why hold back on something that you want?

I am 26 and will never stop playing video games, including those franchises that are often referred to as "childish". Nobody is ever too old to have fun. If you are enjoying yourself, then you are not too old to be doing whatever it is that you enjoy.

First of all, it's one person's opinion. Second, what's wrong with a 8/10? That is a fantastic score.

If you have a PS3, I highly suggest downloading the Metal Gear Solid Database from the PSN. It will give you all the information and timelines that you're looking for. Plus, it's a free download.

I would be thrilled to see a full-fledged Twisted Metal game come out for PS3. I can only imagine the fun, online shenanigans that would occur!

This year so far I have picked up Scribblenauts and Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story, but there are plenty more games that I plan on getting.

I'm surprised that a lot of people don't expect this to be an eventual reality. I wouldn't be surprised at all if the DSi or 3DS eventually had a VC that allowed to you play previously purchased games from the Wii.
