Twisted Metal PS3 to be announced

The picture below is that of a list that will be appearing in July's issue of the PS magazine. I don't know if this is a rumor and the picture can be of almost anything but like the site states all other games on the list have been announced.

Haha yeah I'm excited about that too but I think we all knew that was coming along with every other sports game that is released yearly.

I would be thrilled to see a full-fledged Twisted Metal game come out for PS3. I can only imagine the fun, online shenanigans that would occur!

Yeah I'm really hoping this is way more than a rumor. I guess we wait until July and see what's up.

Ha yeah. Most sports games are good but are really too often to have any real improvements.

Anyways contrary to most people my favorite Twisted Metal Game was part 3. I downloaded part 2 on PSN but it sucked in my opinion. I do remember though playing 3 on my psone for hours and hours every day. It was addicting. I loved Black until my ps2 got stolen.

I might actually go pick this issue up at the nearest walden books.

The last several games have been missing something in terms of feel... I got TM2 off the PSN and aside from the dated graphics, the gameplay is still TREMENDOUSLY solid on that one, and it's a quality that has eluded them ever since that version. There is an eloquent balance between the vehicles in TM2, and the environments are all truly inspired. THe placement of the power-ups, the destructable environments, all of it worked seamlessly. If they can manage to bring back the design, control, and all of the amazing nature of TM2 then I'm totally in... the online would be a nice little cherry ontop, but I would be happy with a game that stole my life (along with my friends' lives too) like TM2 did. And I'm open to it happening again... That game was one of my first on te PSOne (TM), and it was amazing, and then TM2. So that's the bar to clear.

I'm certainly glad they're at least giving it a go, to be clear.

I would absolutely love for this to happen! Twisted Metal along with Crash Bandicoot is what drew me into the original Play Station.

Probably will look like garbage to you. The Twisted Metal games weren't known for graphics. Twisted Metal Black on the PS2 looked decent enough though.

I was a big fan of TM2.
