Isn't anyone else upset that the COD4 map pack only includes 4 maps, one of which is basically redone from the SP portion of the game? I don't understand why the COD4 creators are not including new guns, perks, or features. How is it that Rainbow Six Vegas managed to have a map pack that contained 5 new maps, new guns, and game modes all for 800 XBL points while COD4 cannot?

Have you even played Vegas 2? Probably not so stop talking.
And they didnt release new guns with Vegas they release a Black editiona and red edition each had 5 new maps and one of them had one new game mode. They were each 800 points but they made them free after couple of months.

My personal opinion is that 360 and PS3 COD4 gamers are being ripped off, don't be surprised if a perk /gun pack is released in the future for another 800 points.

Oh MS, if your reading this what happened to those $50 first party games?

what happened to people being content with an amazing game? be happy that they're even releasing anything at all. i'll take 4 new maps any day if it resparks some of my excitement for some CoD4. and if I remember correctly, Rainbow Six Vegas only released map packs as well. the only thing they released with new guns and game modes is it's expansion, RSV2 which wasn't even worth 50 bucks.

if you look at the games i've played on my gamertag, not just the ones i've played most recently, you will find that i've beaten RSV2 on realistic... so before you start attacking someone, make sure you have your facts straight.

and, if they release new perks and guns, i'll quit playing CoD4 all together... it would be pointless to ruin a perfectly balanced game.

I have RSV2 and yes it is worth the $50, well $60, this thread isn't about RSV2 DLC.

I was referring to the fact that the original Vegas never released new guns or gamemodes. And if you're willing to blow your money on that half assed attempt at a sequel, be my guest.

which is best for online gaming? are they all the same? also, should i get a wireless adaptor to play using wi-fi, i kinda like wi-fi betterfartmixer26

They're all the same when it comes to online play. As far as wireless goes, I have my laptop and wireless router in the same room as my entertainment center. I just have my xbox hardwired into the router and my laptop connected wirelessly. There's no need to get the wireless adapter unless you just don't have a router in the same room.

[QUOTE="DaGamingGod"][QUOTE="msjr78"]It is if you have HDMI and download a lot of TV shows, demos and movies.DaGamingGod

Well, the latest 20GB Premium's come with HDMI. I'm pretty sure I won't download movies or shows unless they're free. I'll dl demos for sure though.

just delete the demos when you're done playing them. i've had my pro package for 2 years now and i've only used 10 gigs because i only keep what's needed on there. for music, pics, and videos, i just download them onto my computer and stream them through my xbox through windows media sharing. as far as demos go, just play through it then delete it. demos aren't enough to justify a 120 gig harddrive.

What about map packs and other such DLC? Would the 20GB aka 13 gigs be enough???

Oh yeah. that space i've used includes the map packs for Rainbow Six Vegas, Halo 3, Gears of War, all of the Forza 2 downloads, about 12 xbox live arcade games, and about 20 dashboard themes and gamerpic packs. And as I start getting new games and stop playing the ones I have downloads for, I'll just delete the downloads and download them again if I ever get the urge to play the downloadable content.

Premium.

Nothing in the Elite that makes it a worthwhile purchase. Unless HDMI graphics mean the world to you.
