God of War II, Yakuza 2, and Gran Turismo 4 i think really pushed the PS2 hardware more then anything else I've seen.
I think it was in '90, I started with Commander Keen ep.2. I was just a year old... parents were 20 year old computer programming students, obviosly eager to get me playing video games early:P
LA Noire, Red Dead Redemption, Fallout 3, Oblivion, Demons Souls, Dark Souls, GTA4, Skyrim, Mass Effect 2, Call of Duty (the ones that aren't 2 or 4), Killzone, Uncharted, Little Big Planet, Devil May Cry
I got the Turtle Beach X12, great headset, but i needed to buy the 360 audio adapter to get sound in the headset since I'm using HDMI.
I think PSX had the stronger RPG library, it also had a bunch of the SNES RPG library ported to it.
PSX had Grandia, Star Ocean Second Story, Wild Arms, Valkyrie Profile, Lunar 1 and 2, FF IV-IX, Vagrant Story, Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross, Alunda, and so many more great titles.
cool thanks , might download some if possible, is the xbox remake of conker any good or is the original much better? :) i'll probaly work on getting N64 games after i build up my gamecube and wii collection, only N64 games i kinda own are the ds version of mario 64 and ironically i own 3 versions of orcarina time bar the original :PFrinkar
The xbox version of conker is pretty great, graphically looks really good (even by todays standards), it also has better controls than the 64 version, the only drawback is that the dialog is heavily censored over the N64 version. I should probably build up my gamecube collection again sometime, gave my cube away years ago to my cousin when i got my original xbox :?
[QUOTE="Grim_Reaper007"]ive always wanted to play conker, still havent though :( tbh i might just buy a N64 and buy all the paltformers that werent on the ps1Banjo Kazooie, Mischief Makers, DK64, and Rayman 2
Also Banjo Tooie and Conker BFD, even though they came out early 2000s.

I'd definately recommend picking up a N64, great game library... though a bunch of the best games are pretty pricey nowadays
