I think people dislike MP because it's beginning to become the main focus of Devs to work on the MP aspect rather than the SP aspect of games. And personally for me it depends on what kind of MP. I like playing MMO's from time to time for the MP aspect of it, but I tire very fast of MP shooters since it's basically running in circles time and time again hoping for some action. Not very satisfying for me.

Honestly, I don't care much for QTE's at all. I fail to see how this brings more depth to gameplay.

Reviews are definately too high and way too predictable. AAA game? Pretty sure it'll get an 8+, no matter the end product. And a high review score equals higher sales and since the gaming industry is aiming more and more for profit I'm pretty sure it's just untrustworthy. The last couple of games that scored high scores barely deserved it. They were very good, just not exceptional like a 9.0 score implies.

When I have no plans I play from 6pm to about 11pm with a dinnerbreak in between. In the weekend I play as much as I want. Some games just don't tire me and I can easily play 8+ hours.

Mount and Blade Warband for sure. Hadn't even heard of it before. Nowadays I still view it as the hands down best melee combat game ever to grace my monitor. For some reason they got combat nailed, it works EXACTLY how you'd expect combat to feel.

I walk everywhere, places are more accessible.couly

Same here, much better feeling of exploration and always nice to pick up ingredients along the way.

Played about 10 minutes. Uninstalled. I wrote a review about why, basically I couldn't stop laughing at how poor the story was and the graphics were sooo 2008. I loved Oblivion. Skyrim is basically Oblivion 1.1 The game is running on a DX9 engine ... Yeah, seriously. The UI is counter-intuitive, the game was obviously designed for consoles. The AI is laughable. PC Gamers can do a lot better. This game sucks.SKaREO

Ahhh the inevitable troll. Welcome. Now please leave.

Nobody can judge a game as deep as Skyrim in 10 minutes. And you say you loved Oblivion? Well then, I don't think the TES series is something for you then since Oblivion was the worst game in the series so far.

I've been playing around 40 hours I guess. Haven't done particularly much either... lot's of exploring, herb gathering etc.
