They get you everything you need which included box, shipping label etc... Make sure you disconnect hard drive or any other peripherals such as the faceplate. They're very quick and ask them to hook you up with something for the incomvenience and they most surely will. Oh, I remember you have to notify them when you ship it out I think. Good Luck!

Ever since they fixed my 360 RROD, I haven't had any problems at all. The guy on the phone with Microsoft support said something about Heat sink issues and overheating and soldering problems. According to what he told me , It's a new and improved system or heat sink to keep it from overheating. We live on the 360 sometimes with no break at all and so far so great!

I bought it, age 33. I take people's money, I allocate their money into diversified little thingies, and I get to keep some for myself... Pretty cool concept huh? 8)

I have a PS3, XBOX360, and a Wii. We love playing the Wii as a family (*I have younger kids). As for myself, a 32 year old that's been playing games since the Atari2600 and Commodore64, I can tell you I don't really touch the PS3. I love the Xbox360. I have beaten Bioshock, I love Halo3, MassEffect, RainbowSix, GearsofWar, heck I even enjoyed the not so popular games like Crackdown. It's been an awesome ride. I wouldn't give it up for anything. The PS3 on the other hand, until they come out with some "exclusive titles" that are worth anything, its going to keep collecting dust.

People just need to get their acts together and stop being so incredibly foolish and idiotic. Then reading the terms of use won't even be an issue.

I bought it the first day it cameout with a warranty from Best Buy. Mine developed the cracks and before the month was over with, It was in nearly two pieces. The cracks started appearing but the split happened when my son accidentally dropped it on my bed *(a wooden floorboard). Of course Best Buy did NOT honor the warranty that theytricked me into buying saying "look here we do not cover blah blah.... "The cashier told me anything happens to it, you drop it in the toilet or anything, we replace it for you no questions asked and stapled it shut to the receipt.

So I contact Nintendo and they charged me $50 and I sent mine in. The gave me a replacement Ds Lite. It was defintely used. It was loose and the buttons were older and just seemed worn out and loose. the volume switch at the bottom went from left to right just by barely blowing at it. I was a little disappointed.

It's in a case now and again mysteriously developed cracks on both ends of the hinges. No accidents or mishaps but I am extremely cautious with it. Good luck with yours and be extremely cautious!

Oh, by the way.... HALO 3 is AMAZING! No true gamer should miss that experience. You can delude yourself into thinking or saying whatever but there is no feasible response to what I just wrote. It is AMAZING.

I love my pc. I have more games on it than anyone can imagine. I am tired of having to upgrade all the time. For the time being I have been completely in to my XBOX 360 and I think it is amazing. I will do a Wii for the kids this Xmas. They have a DS Lite (*which I really enjoy) and gamecube *(which we have had a ton of fun with). I also have a PS2, a dreamcast, Genesis, SuperNes, Nes, TG16, Neo Geo and a Vtech Vsmile for the 4 year old.

Pc's rock but it's a BIG hassle and I am a busy man where time is money. For now *(even though my allegiance is to the PC), I am a console man.
