Actually I am not a single mother nor have I ever been a single mother. I've been in a commited relationship for many many years to the father of my children.

Some of these responses make me think a real man is a dying breed. I feel badly for those single mothers who can't get a date because they're a mom and who's children could be missing a positive male role model.

I was going to write a bunch of stuff but I'll just leave it that your perpspective of life will change an awful lot and you'll probably find your opinion changing the older you get. Not to mention that the older you get, the harder it will be to find a woman who doesn't have children.

Oh God, there are so many things my family do that annoy me...

Sometimes when I'm really into a game they come and interrupt me. Just the other day I was playing LoZ and my youngest had the nerve to ask me what was for supper! I shouldn't have to answer questions when I'm involved in game.

They constantly take my money as if they feel they deserve it. I mean, I pay for the groceries, their clothing, their organized sports, their school supplies. Should I have to give them money to go to the movies/dances/lunches as well? And then they have the nerve to ask for an allowance!!

And sex...forget about it. Having a baby doesn't ruin your sex life...having a teenager does!! :)

I had that happen with my Animal Crossing disk. I had to replace it.

The rumor is their thinking about it, even if the rumor is true, there is no guarantee of a change. Anyway, it would dumb to change it because of confusion.
