3 discs for a semi open world game !? Yeah this game was made for the PS3, lol. Blu-ray is definitely the future of gaming consoles(at least for another gen), screw DVD and DD.

This would really bother me if I had a 360. Over the years, I have become so large that my knees can no longer support my body weight. Whenever I decide to switch games I have to call my mom who lives 30 minutes away to come change the disc for me because I don't want to crawl on the floor. Man, would she hate LA Noire...

Well obviously, they pretty much stopped making PC versions lately too. Thats a real shame because I was looking forward to this game, guess i'll add it to the list of games I wont get to play because developers only care about money.

As far as consoles go I prefer big budget games on disc, but I guess DD does have a purpose and is great for indie devs. OK DD can stay but DVD has got to go the way of the dinosaur.

Well this is one good reason to own a PS3.

Disk swapping would probably only happen when progressing the story (as that will have the most audio content).

Well that's the thing. Whatever the cost for porting to the PC, Rockstar would receive 100 fold on the PC. So they are literally LOSING money by not porting to the platform.

I really think the company just doesn't like the PC, probably due to the poor reception GTAIV got on the PC.
