La Noire on 360 is 3 discs.

Swapping discs in the middle of gameplay isn't a big deal in the larger scheme of things...

It's just that as a PC gamer I find it so.. odd. I havent' ahd to do that since .. I don't know, 1989. Hell, even looking for a disc, or changing discs to play game son my PC hasn't happenned since mid 2000's, thanks to DD.

It feels super retro and just wrong to me. But I can see it not being a big deal to people who have to do it every once in a while.

Puts it into perspective doesn't it.

Disc swapping is not a big deal. I played through Mass Effect 2 twice and I survived.

Maybe this signals a much onger campaign than RDR. Or... maybe one disk is SP, one disk is some kind of MP and another is like a developer extras disk.

This gen sucks because now I have to stand up walk a couple feet to my 360 and then walk a few feet back to sit down again but the worst part is I have to do it again around 10 hours later...grrr. Uhhh, Updating your video drivers takes 1 minute out of every 6 months of your life.

How much time do you spend swapping discs, during play or just in between games? I don't know what the average figure is, but I bett it's hundreds of times larger than that 1 minute every 6 months.

People look for any excuse to decry the opposition. Certainly disk swapping is a minor nuisance but is it anything to write home about? Not unless you have to do some convoluted stuff on the side like jump on one leg, rub tooth paste on your console, put your disk in a zip lock bag, and then put it inside.
