It depends on what kind of shooter. In the First Persona Shooter genre there are obviously some games that are overrated but overall it is a fun genre. Cover based third person shooters on the other hand are pretty much god damn awful regardless of what game it is.

I am currently playing Persona 5 and quite honestly I think it is the most overrated JRPG of all time. And I have played tons of JRPGs.

- Ridiculously cringe worthy dialogue. All these "shitty adults" or "rotten adults" lines of dialogue are on the same level as the "Moms are tough" line from FFXIII. I am perfectly okay with teens being the protagonists and heroes of a story, I am JRPG fan after all, but there is a massive difference between that and what Persona 5 does.

- Ryuji and Haru are absolutely horrible characters. Ryuji is dense to an obnxious level and Haru is crappy moeblob.

- The social day to day activites end up becoming incredibly boring and uninteristing fairly early in the game.

- The camera when you hide behind objects in order to ambush enemies is god awful.

Nope. Japan does not care about Xbox and western fans of japanese games do not care about xbox either. As a result trying to get japanese games for xbox is a waste of time for Miscrosoft.

Japan is simply getting ready for Splatoon 2. As we all know, Splatoon is insanely popular in Japan. After the whole Splatoon craze is over, Switch sales will go down. On top of that let us not forget that the Ps4 will get Dragon Quest XI before the Switch does and Dragon Quest is also extremely popular in Japan, in fact in Japan Dragon Quest is the most popular JRPG series, not Final Fantasy.

Have you guys watched his streams? He actually thinks the game is okay in terms of gameplay and MP microtransactions is not his only complaint about this game. He is also dislikes the plot and the characters.

It is currently at 73 on metacritic. Considering that second wave reviews are usually much harsher than the ones that first come out it is almost certainly bound to drop even further.

Hell yeah, it is back to 90 in metacritic. Im so damn excited for this game.

@Desmonic: The stories of each individual Drakengard/Nier title are actually not all that convoluted. Things start to get really convoluted when you try to piece together the stories of each game in the series like this video does.

Can you explain why Clouds story is poorly told? I think its quite the opposite. It really keeps the player interested to find out what exactly Clouds problem is, and the plot twist regarding his true identity was quite unexpected. So I really disagree, I found his character quite interesting.
