Without the need for a holy trinity (Tank, Healer, DPS) The dungeons in GW2 are an unorganized mess at best. There is no sense in ones worth in dungeons, no sense of teamwork and although I didn't ever get around to doing a raid I assume it's the same deal in them. It almost feels like a single player game with other people joining your world to help you out now and then. The mobs just go for any member of your team. It's one of the worst iterations of an instance I've ever gone into. I can't see H.o.T being any different.
