Dirty tactics by MS. Throwing money around and acquiring yet another piece of software that happens to be used in most games.

MS can now restrict all devs from using HAVOK if they so wish. That on top of everything else, one can quite clearly see MS trying to monopolise the market. This does us gamers no favours at all. It'll get to the point where to make a game it'll have to go through MS at some point and that's not good for gaming.

Don't want to jump into bed with MS? Then no game making for you........
