@BBGW @Donkhole @DeanoFantasy GTAIV was originally announced for October 16 as well. This year's Fall cash grab will be the disc based anthology of TBOGT, RDR, and Midnight Club LA since GTA5 is being delayed until Spring 2013.
@doraemonllh1989 Only the delusional ones. However there will always be an immature subgroup of console gamers who will leap at every chance to show what kind of dicks they are.
If they were counting "Family Guy fans" as people who don't like/watch animation for adults except for Family Guy, and also don't play videogames, then they might be onto something. But fans of animation for adults in general who know what a bad videogame is already have the natural instinct to stay the **** away from it.
Well, like clockwork Rockstar has stuck to its expected end-of-financial-quarterly press release schedule and announced something earlier this week. Sadly it was NOT the GTA5 release date, as many predicted. And now this request for suggestions on how to improve an integral part of the multiplayer experience makes me wonder if there even is a release date nailed down internally after all.
"I guess that the creative freedom that comes with a fictional world is something that's tempting when you have made games around historical and contemporary settings for a longer time."
This is exactly why BF2142 is my favorite BF game. Everything was designed for the sake of gameplay. As opposed to "modern military" games that require you to adhere to a certain degree of realism or authenticity to everything. I was hoping BF4 was going to be more futuristic and wild like 2142, but this deflates that hope.
I'd like to add that late April/early May is the end of another quarter. If they stick to their usual pattern of releasing things around the end/beginning of fiscal quarters, then NO DUH. March is like a month too early.
