yep it will void it. Opening it up in any form will void it. im actually suprised you are trying to install a graphic card in your dell because last time i checked nearly every dell has integrated graphics and sound, ( ofcourse not the dell xps's ).

800W is just silly... you dont even need that for two GTX's.

you wanna be clever then ey? ok...then... firstly i am home. secondly im wasnt shouting i was typing?? you must be hearing things son. and lastly just because you dont have a 800w or higher gpu, dont down it. you must have a 250-300w by the sound of it. :)
Yeah but you can say the quad is more of a long term thing. As in if you wanna get a pc thats going to last you A LONG TIME meaning you dont want to upgrade your proccessor for years, then the quad is reccomended.
