I've had similar issues with other EA titles (Crysis, Medal of Honor: Airborne, and several others). Sometimes it will start, sometimes it'll say a conflict with emulation. It's really annoying, as virtual drives do a lot of great things (people who fix computers, edit audio, and several other tech fields often use them).
Abortion is a terrible thing, and I am ashamed that my country allows it. The US played a big role in ending the Holocaust, yet we allow abortion to continue, which is just as bad as the Holocaust.
I would buy it for PC, but the PC version just has an some silly "guide" and not the extras DVD. So what's on the extras DVD? Behind the scenes stuff? That's the main reason I plan on buying it. :)
There's a project to port DX10 over to XP, but I don't know if they'll succeed or not. There may be a few of them, just check on Yahoo or an other search engine.
The whole story is skewed. The person giving it out wasn't giving it out from Ubisoft, it was just someone working there. Either way, it's not really news-worthy. Someone was probably having issues with activation due to some software, and a "green" employee just gave them something to fix it. And no, a cracker couldn't sue Ubisoft over this.
