un-open game!! *must read*

hey guys,

i bought mass effect like 2 months ago and its still not opened(never had time to play it cuz i have a full time job) now my friend sent his 360 in for repairs so he lent me his games till he gets it back. now one of the games he has is mass effect so im just going to play his copy of the game

so now i wanna trade in my un-open copy of the game(no recipt BTW)into a store and come up with some lie like "a family member bought this game for my birthday but i have it already" and then ask if i can get store credit or somthing..*then get another game like bad company*

so do you guys know anystore's that will buy this lie and take the game??

ive never had a problem with walmart...only if its un-opened
