Did they announce pricing on any digital downloads yet? I assumed MS would charge the same despite not having to pony up the case, disc, shipping, etc.
I think you have to make sure she doesn't use the 3D feature if she is too young, as it might hurt her eyes, though i don't know how old a child should be to use the 3D. Just telling you in case.hydralisk86
Yep, thanks hydralisk but already aware to turn off 3D capability on games. Anyone know some good game suggestions for a very young gamer? She's played games like Toy Story 3 and Fable Heroes on the 360 if that matters.
The thing is that I wasn't in a hurry when I ordered as it stated 3-7 business days to receive. I was whole-heartedly fine with that, but 13 days (9 business days) now and still not even queued to ship is a bit much.
If you want to get your game anytime this year, don't use MS Store. I placed a pre-order for Dishonored on 10/8 and still "In process" now 12 days later. Ordered from there to get the 1600 MS points with the preorder.
I did get the 1600 "free" MS pts less than 24 hours after the confirmation, but kind of wanted to finish Dishonored before Halo and COD are released. That's not likely to happen now. Mail-in catalog orders paid with a personal check in the 1980s arrived via USPS faster than this. Cements my opinion that MS as a whole sucks, despite the fact that the Xbox is still a good system.
Mine has repeated since the September 10th newsletter. Also had same problem in April/May of this year and that took a month and a half to fix, so apparently not high on the priority list. Probably time to look for an alternative since it's a repeat problem and due to the extended time to fix a seemingly easy issue.
If that's the case, then I'm definitely leaning Dishonored. I work long/odd hours so usually play late at night, so co-op with friends is normally not an option.
Due to time constraints and other upcoming games, only want to get one of these. Which would you choose?
I never played the original Borderlands but just watched some IGN live commentary footage and didn't find it amazing (maybe the player was just way too powerful for what they were showing which made it very boring) but so many people are excited for the game. Dishonored looks somewhat different but with any new IP, it's a crapshoot.
