lol to be honest I think Activision got this one right. Wasn't True Crime just a weak knock-off of GTA when it came out?! Minus the options..

Hard for people to review this game I guess. Do you judge it on what they've put out or in comparison to the other Ghost Recon games? It really shouldn't be titled Ghost Recon though. It looks so far from the other games its not funny. GR was never a straight shooter.

Max Payne lives! With the amount of advertising put into Max Payne it had to sell. Can't wait to try it out when it arrives for the PC!

As someone who just spent over 1K on a new computer at the beginning of the year, only to hear a rumour that the new Unreal 4 engine will require the latest NVIDIA card, I agree with this bloke. I'm sick of having to constantly upgrade when so many of the games are overhyped or unfinished. Hardware companies like NVIDIA are far too intertwined with developers at the moment. We're not growing as medium enough, game play or narrative wise, to justify these leaps in technology. The success of a game like Portal 2 should be an eyeopener for creativity, instead of blowing thousands of dollars on tech, advertisement for some of the crap served up: IE. Dice, its advertising barrage and its dreadful BF3 single player campaign for one.

Very excited about seeing Tomb Raider and GTA at E3. I think we'll get a much more solid overview of how those games are looking! It'll soften the blow of no HL3 this year! :D
