I got a Nyko Wiimote charger, a 4 GB micro SD, a 250 GB external Harddrive, 2 2GB DDR2 SDRAM sticks, a 19" LCD, and a 50" LCD.

Get this. The 50" LCD only cost $7.98, Im f**kin serious. It was originally $798 but there was a error when the cashier (as well as a friend of mine) scanned it. He said the policy on black friday is whatever the product is scanned to, thats the price the customer has to pay regardless of errors, so thats the price  wound up paying. So damn lucky.

Wow NICE. Holy **** man, that's amazing. If I knew what Black Friday was (I AM CANADIAN) I would sure have gone down to bellingham today or something and bought tons of crazy ****

I think I remember this. It was sort of like a board game but there was a lot of math in it too. There was a level I remember with clowns in it, and like, bouncing on trampolines or something. Lots of math too. Hah

DOOM is still one of my favorite FPS games, mainly because it's so atmospheric. I get really into it. The game engine is probably what keeps me playing. I don't know why but I love it so much, haha.

Pretty useless to me because I use Gamespot BUT there is a DS game I just checked out today (I otherwise probably would never have logged onto the N channel again if it weren't for the uppdate[just wanted to check out what was new]), this cookbook game type helper thing. I also loved watching Lisa Kudrow demo it even though her performance was completely fake. If it weren't for that, I probably would never have found out about the game (which I will definitely not purchase but 'acquire' by other means)

The sound button IS kinda screwy. You have top press down on it a bunch to notice the volume go down if it's at max, and vice versa. I still prefer the Micro over all 3 SP's I've owned over the years.

I got the game on 360 and when I put it in it kicked ass until I realized you had to take pictures....

This should be 100 times better, like it should have been.

I don't think most of those are very rare, but I have Ogre Battle for SNES in mint condition, and TLoZ Collection on Gamecube

I don't have one but I would suggest teleroboxer because it looks pretty good. Also Red Alert. To the post above: the virtual boy can cause eye strain mainly because the way it displays and image is it uses lasers Videogamefan123

It definitely does not use LASERS to project its image. Quoted directly from the Wikipedia entry:

"The Virtual Boy, which uses an oscillating mirror to transform a single line of dots into a full field of dots, requires high-performance LEDs in order to function properly. Because each pixel is only in use for a tiny fraction of a second (384 pixels wide, 50.2 Hz scan rate = approximately 52 µs per scanline), high peak brightness is needed to make the virtual display bright and comfortable for the user to view. The two-screen system demanded a fast refresh rate, unlike the original Game Boy which had blurry motion, so using an LCD was not an option."

 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Anyhow. I, too, own a VB, and also only own Mario's Tennis. I don't like it though, the difficulty is why.

On games, this is also taken directly from the Virtual Boy's Wikipedia entry:

"Due to the short lifespan of the system, only 22 games were released. Of them 19 games were released in the Japanese market, while only 14 were released in North America."

Having said that, the only games that look appealing to me are Teleroboxer, Virtual Boy Wario Land, and Mario clash.

Hope this information is of use to you, it seems this forum is full of 14-year-old know-it-alls who cannot research a single topic as easy as this.

**** leave all the questions to ONE Gameboy Micro thread. Jesus christ, Gamespot's forums are **** enough already, with only posting like 10 threads at a time on a page.

Anyways where did you get it? The brightness change is significant in genuine Nintendo Gameboy Micro units, and is adjustable by holding the L button while pressing up or down on the volume control rocker button.
