Honestly, i hate both of the series. NFS and Burnout have always been a lot more fun.

I always thought the two franchises were pretty even, but after playing the old Mario games over again, Sonic can't hold a candle.

Think of it this way, how many big selling, crazy popular titles did Sony bring over from the PS2 to the PS3?

Ratchet? MGS? GoW? None of these come anywhere near the popularity of Halo or Mario. In fact, the only thing Sony has that's anything like those games is GT5, which is taking its sweet time to come out.

Of course, that doesn't explain why games like GeoW (new IPs) sold more then anything on the on PS3. It could be price, advertising, public appeal, etc, but basically, games don't sell on the PS3 and its pretty strange...
