having seen all sides of the fence (played xbox 360 ,ps3 and pc versions of cod :modern warfare ) i would have to agree that the pc version is the best one in terms of better controls and no matchmaking and ultimately more players ,but that does not mean xbox 360 version and ps3 version is subpar ..i can snipe and roll with the best of em in all 3 versions ,i clearly have more killstreaks on the pc version (35) as opposed to xbox 360 (20) and ps3 (19) due to better controls and more players (25 vs 25 ,16 vs 16, 12 vs 12 ) on pc version. i do agree that playing 6 vs 6 on consoles is boring , 9 vs 9 (groundwar) is all that i touch on console versions ..while on pc version i always play hardcore and i want it at least at the very minimum of 12 vs 12 .. but 9 vs 9 on consoles sure work. ..im also getting xbox 360 prestige edition first .

just heard of the ps3 slim , and was about to exchange my ps3 phat till i found out the new slim does not play ps2 games

was at bestbuy and i saw ps3 slim for $299.99 cad & right beside it is an xbox 360 elite bundled with 3 games (lego batman , prince of persia & halo 3 ) hdmi cable and wireless network adapter for $329.99 cad ...since i already have the 60g ps3 and found out that ps3 slim cannot play ps2 games , i decided to go for the 360 bundle instead ,which according to the saleslady is an awesome package ....what do you guys think ...she also told me that future xbox 360's will not come with hdmi cable or wireless network adapter ?? is this true or just sales talk??

World of Warcraft and it's expansions BC & WotLK is the most addicting ,rewarding experience you will ever have playing a videogame ,it doesnt end @ 50 hrs it gets better after 50 hrs !!! and thats the main difference between console and pc gaming ...

i used to love jrpg's and final fantasy 3 (snes) and final fantasy 7 are still an all time faves , zelda ,halo ,mario karts and gta's are all great games and street fighter 2 in its heyday was 1 of the greatest moments in the videogame culture phenomenon ,counter strike and everquest also took major chunks of my gaming time through out the years .....

but none of those games kept my interest as well as world of warcraft and its expansions, after 4 yearsit still doesnt look dated or gameplay is still as tight as ever (tho unbalanced )

-so u have an 80 in lich king and dont know what to do next ? ,well try out the new death knight class

-tired of leveling ? , why not do battlegrounds for some pvp action

-hmmm battlegrounds not enough to show your skillz , why not put your skillz to test against the best pvp'ers on arenas

-arenas not your thang ? , then its time for you to make a stand and join guild raids and taking out bosses in 10 man naxx or 25 man naxx.

-job system in final fantasy 5 was great ??? wait till you see the professions for your wow characters

-materia system was great in final fantasy 7 ?? wait till you see the battle system and talent tree in wow ..nothing compares to it !!

-you like collecting pokemons ?? , well why not collect in game pets in wow ???

-oh last and not least , if you like selling and bidding for items on ebay to make money in real life ,hit the auction housein wow !

P.S -11 million people cant be wrong ,WoW truly the 1 game you will ever need and the best desert island game of all time !!!

wii-sports 2 will be huge next year ,expect red steel 2 from ubisoft to be announced in 2009 along with mario,punch-out & zelda ,in terms of 3rd party support expect the usual filth from ubisoft, ea ,activision though i expect several new announcements from 3rd party companies for the hardcore crowd
