World of Warcaft (complete) is the best GAME OF ALL TIME !

World of Warcraft and it's expansions BC & WotLK is the most addicting ,rewarding experience you will ever have playing a videogame ,it doesnt end @ 50 hrs it gets better after 50 hrs !!! and thats the main difference between console and pc gaming ...

i used to love jrpg's and final fantasy 3 (snes) and final fantasy 7 are still an all time faves , zelda ,halo ,mario karts and gta's are all great games and street fighter 2 in its heyday was 1 of the greatest moments in the videogame culture phenomenon ,counter strike and everquest also took major chunks of my gaming time through out the years .....

but none of those games kept my interest as well as world of warcraft and its expansions, after 4 yearsit still doesnt look dated or gameplay is still as tight as ever (tho unbalanced )

-so u have an 80 in lich king and dont know what to do next ? ,well try out the new death knight class

-tired of leveling ? , why not do battlegrounds for some pvp action

-hmmm battlegrounds not enough to show your skillz , why not put your skillz to test against the best pvp'ers on arenas

-arenas not your thang ? , then its time for you to make a stand and join guild raids and taking out bosses in 10 man naxx or 25 man naxx.

-job system in final fantasy 5 was great ??? wait till you see the professions for your wow characters

-materia system was great in final fantasy 7 ?? wait till you see the battle system and talent tree in wow ..nothing compares to it !!

-you like collecting pokemons ?? , well why not collect in game pets in wow ???

-oh last and not least , if you like selling and bidding for items on ebay to make money in real life ,hit the auction housein wow !

P.S -11 million people cant be wrong ,WoW truly the 1 game you will ever need and the best desert island game of all time !!!

I hated WoW, probably my most hate game actually. Its a game that pretty much focuses on grind. But everyone is entitled to their opinion I guess.

If 100 MILLION can be wrong about SIMS, 11M can be wrong about WoW.

I hate MMOs with a passion. Grinding just isn't fun to me.mo0ksi

I'm a 4 year vet and I had tons of moments where I didn't play for awhile... Now that I did pretty much everything in this new expansion... I'm starting to get back that "what to do now feeling".

I just wish they would do more... More then just leveling and getting gear. Like player housing, treasure hunting and other things that you can do that don't deal with leveling and gear. Similar to UO.

WoW is getting stale. It's past due date expired in 2007. They tried to make a new loaf of bread, but it's rotting already.

They finally come out with a hero class over 4 years since they said in the wow beta that they were going to put them in. Just 1.... I don't know what they do there all day in Blizzard world, but they need to get into gear. Expansion CE's show their lack of care. 2 dragon pets in a row. I rather it be like the first CE. 3 pets to choose from.

Please Blizzard, for all us vets out there please... Get the ball rolling and stop with the rehash.

b) I didn't read the whole thread, so I don't know if I'm late on this one, but cue the kid who is so insecure about their life that they will feel the need to denigrate the value of other people's based on a video game in an attempt to get validation of how they live from strangers on a video game forum.

I think the biggest problem with WOW is the trial does it 0 justice, the game doesn't get interesting till level 20 at least, then you start to see how your class is seperated from the rest properly, till then it is a bit of a grind, once you hit 20, you get options and if you find yourself grinding away, it's simply because you chose to do so.

I've had the game for ages and I'm only level 31, I've got several accounts all around the 20-25 mark that i tried out and just didn't like, the one i have now I'm liking and just actually got my mount for it, was no grinding involved, i simply got a team and did a few raids, it was fun, challenging and i got a nice reward out of it.

Isn't that what a video game should be? Fun, challenging, rewarding? Still it really isn't for everything so it's not the best game of all time either. :P

I might not go as far as saying it's THE best game of all time

But, it should be considered

The most profittable game of all time

The top 15 best game of all time

The game of this decade

and will still be going strong well into next decade.

i have a lvl 70 hunter, i havent play the expansion and i was pre BC when i started, the expirience from 1 to 60 was incredible, 60 to 70 was not that good, and now i think wow is a joke, totally no lore..

wow is not the best game because it offers you a lot of low quality thinks to do..., y prefer playing pokemon than taming pets ingame, or play lemmings instead of Alterac Valley.. wow is not that good
