exactly what multiplat games are you talking about thats bigger than Halo 3 and its not on PS 3?

Japanese are not culturally biased. they just don't like the X360 because its lack the appeal to them.

1) the design has improved from the old Xbox, but still if you put the X360 next to a Wii and PS 3, it still looks bulky and unsophiscated. as a Asian myself, i cannot stand putting an ugly machine in my living place.

2) the games. Xbots like to boost how good their games are, but the fact of the matter is, outside of US, nobody likes to play those games. blood, cutting people's head off, shoot and shoot and shoot. its like you keep doing the same thing over and over again.

3) XBL fees. nobody in the eastern side likes the idea of paying a subscription fees to play games. they think games are supposed to be a form of entertainment, just like reading a book or watching a movie. when you buy a book at home, do you want to pay the money to read the book? when you buy a DVD home, do you want to pay a fee to enjoy the full feature?

well, my 2 cents.

1) you think $399, $349 is "cheap" for a console, while the other 95% buy systems at $299 or less

2) you think "brand loyalty" is important in purchase decisions, while the other 95% choose "games"

3)you think companies are entitled to your sale, while the other 95% think they should earn their sale.

In other words,....... the %5 don't get to say what the other 95% will do.

this is exactly the area where the Wii succedes. may be what you said makes sense afterall.

SP definitely, if i want to play some MP shooting actions, i'll log onto Warhawk. i can see myself playing that game for months.

Who's gonna buy a $400 Blu-Ray player with controller ports when for $50 cheaper they can get aGAME system that's packed with 2 GAMES? You know, the reason people actully buy a GAME system.

X360 might have the games now, but PS 3 will soon to catch up. plus the RROD problem is a pretty huge problem to many of us. if you are fine with having your console constantly break down on you and being made to wait weeks for the repair (all of these is not your fault, but a company's design flaw), then you might be able to enjoy your 360.
