Why pay $54 for a used game?! You can get one new on ebay for less than that! I just got MLB 09 for $52 and that includes shipping and no tax.

lol, yeah I did that in MVP 05 but this game is certainly not that generous
I think that's a good thing. Most sports games are too easy, and it's easy to find flaws in the AI. Even the AI in NHL 09 was fooled everytime for awhile when I would deke the hell out of the goalie and shoot it high right, I'd get a goal everytime. If the game is hard, but in a realistic way, that's a very good thing IMO. I can't wait for it to arrive in the mail in a few days.I agree with you in a way, it definitely makes wins more satisfying and realistic. I had to go through 13 innings with a 1-1 tie having to seriously think about which closer was best for the upcoming batters. When I finally managed to bring someone home off of a hit to right-centerfield, itwas awesome. But there should be noticable differences in the difficulty setting and there isn't much at all.
[QUOTE="Gabe11cap"][QUOTE="king23_"] Couldn't you adjust the sliders if it's that difficult for you?jojothekid
I'm not the only one to say this, the sliders seem to do pretty much nothing. I have all my sliders in my favor and the cpu's against it. They honestly don't make much of a difference.

[QUOTE="Gabe11cap"]Couldn't you adjust the sliders if it's that difficult for you?I bought it, and it definately is the most difficult baseball game I've ever played, even on the lowest difficulty. When they said, "The most realistic" baseball game ever, they meant it. I have it on rookie and I'm 2-2 after 4 games with my highest scoring game being 6 runs. The hitting is difficult to get used to.

It's too much when you walk outside and the light hurts your eyes
You can get a sniper rifle once you are able to do missions for the weapons dealer. If you are talking about the very beginning of the game you can't get one yet unless you find one on an enemy. Is the difficulty on easy? If it is I guess the game isn't for you.
There was Sniper Elite from a few years ago. It was on PS2 and Xbox.zombie91
That game goes for full price on ebay now since it's so hard to find.
