the only thing that worries me is that sony releasing future updates and having them not responsible for whatever damage it'll cause to your system... can somebody clear this up, maybe I just misunderstood itjohnlennon28

That's exactly my point, everyone else is just paying attention to the part about user created content being the property of Sony's. If they update your system automatically and brick your system or you lose your downloaded content they're basically saying you're SOL which pisses me off to no end.
