I put over 500 hours into the game. I'm not coming back until either the next big expansion or when Destiny 2 comes out. It's not even that I ran out of things to do. I still have Raid gear to get and the level cap to hit. But it just got boring and they changed some events negatively. I was all excited for Iron Banner after the big weapon rebalance only to find out that there is next to zero reason to play Iron Banner because instead of getting higher chances for any Iron Banner purple loot, they made it that you can only get loot from a pool of two Iron Banner weapons and two pieces of Iron Banner armor...all of which can just be bought with rank.

@haanabi89: Not at $60 unless you're a big Star Wars fan. Otherwise wait for it to be $40 via a sale, a price drop, or buy it used. It's not a bad game in terms of mechanics or visuals. It's just lacking content for a $60 game.

@senjutsu: Persona 5 and Wild don't have solid dates yet. Persona 5 is expected for mid 2016 after two delays (most recent one pushed it from early 2016 to mid 2016). WiLD is TBA. I'd guess either late 2016 or early 2017.

@cornbredx: First off PS2 emulation is STILL buggy. Second you still need a fairly good rig to emulate. My $480 four year old rig can't emulate most PS2 and Gamecube games and my buddies $1000 one year old rig still can't hold steady frame rate with some PS2 games. Third, and this may surprise you, many people view game piracy in a negative light. Fourth, most peoples PCs aren't hooked up to their TVs in their living room. Fifth, most regular people can't tell a clean ROM from a virus or a Cory in the House joke to save their lives.

@z827: The Asian version of DoA Extreme 3 has options for English menus and subtitles. You can just get the Asian version to give the middle finger to people like Anita.

There is no issue here. You can still play the game. The Asian version has options for English menus and subtitles and the PS4/Vita aren't region locked. So you can just play the Asian version.

To those saying the game only has four maps, you obviously haven't played the game. There are four (now five) PLANETS. Different game types get different maps. Supremacy and Walker Assault get one set of maps. I know that the TDM game type gets another set. And I think the smaller objective based game types get their own set as well.

@kentray1985: A lot of assumptions there. First off I don't like games JUST because they are on PS4. Or PS3. Or Vita. Right now the Xbone has one game that I miss and one that I have mild interest in. I miss Forza. I'm mildly interested in Scalebound but I don't know enough about it. The WiiU has one game I'm sorry I can't play and one game that I'm interested in. I'm sorry I can't play Splatoon and I'm interested in Xenoblade Chronicles X. But two games does not convince me to buy a system. I have gripes about both the Xbone and the WiiU hardware but once they get enough games and get cheap enough, I'll eventually get them. Just like I started with the 360 last gen but also ended up with a PS3 and a Wii.

As for Killer Instinct I'm not really a BIG fighting game player. I just played a few franchises in the mid 2000s and they kinda stuck (I'm 26, btw). The stand outs were Capcom vs SNK 2 and Guilty Gear X2. Prior to that I owned Street Fighter 2 and Mortal Kombat on the Genesis but I didn't get into them as much as I did CvS2 or GG X2. KI just seemed like a fighting game designed for people who played KI back in the day. Which I didn't.

I also didn't belittle the Xbone for the bc. I actually warmed up a LITTLE BIT more to it. I figured that PS2 emulation would come to PS4. No reason it shouldn't. I will be a bit miffed if it's a payed service like PS Now (which I don't use because I have a PS3). I can also see why the PS4 can't natively emulate PS3. Sony fucked up with PS3. The architecture behind it was complicated as hell which has now caused a ripple effect with the PS4 not being able to emulate it.

I started with 360 last gen. Only reason I got a PS4 on launch is because I had NEVER been part of a first wave console release and the WiiU/Xbone didn't have games released or set to release that I wanted on top of my hardware gripes for both (like the Xbone being packaged with a Kinect...didn't like it on 360 because only ONE game utilized it well and that was Skyrim). I started out with Knack, Shadowfall, and BF4 on PS4 and got Second Son when it came out.

Edit: When I said I follow the games, I meant it. I'm happy with my PS4. I'm happy with the games. I'm happy with the games announced for next year so far one of which I'm REALLY excited for. Persona 5. Like damn you don't even know how hyped I am for it.

@kentray1985: Sony slave? Buddy I just explained that I follow the games. Halo has gone to crap after Bungie left. Halo 4 and Halo 5 stories make NO friggin sense. I have Halo 4. It was my least favorite Halo and that's counting Halo Wars. And that's the only game I really say I hate is Halo 5. The rest of the Xbone lineup is one giant MEH. While, like I said, PS4 is getting more than one beloved JRPG series, a handful of fighting games, three open world games each with their own unique premises and mechanics, a long awaited adventure game, and an action adventure third person shooter. Xbone is getting shooters and sports games. Where are the RPGs, J or W? Where are the adventure games? Where are the new unique IPs that bring new things to the table or revitalize old genres? The answer? Not on the Xbone. Xbone is, as of right now, a Halo and Gears machine. You like Halo and Gears then that's your thing. I'll be enjoying Persona 5, Street Fighter 5, No Man's Sky, and maybe Uncharted by this time next year. Might pick up the latest version of GG Xrd as well.

Also there are PS4 games I forgot about. Gravity Rush 2, Senran Kagura Estival Versus, The Tomorrow Children, the Attack on Titan game, Star Ocean 5, Shenmue 3, and Ratchet and Clank. So now let's see you name fifteen games (that's about the number I've mentioned so far) that only the Xbone is getting on console. You CLAIM to be unbiased and yet when someone like me comes along and tells you that PS4 does, in fact, have not only more games coming but also a wider variety of genres represented you just plug your ears. I already stated that I love my 360. I stated the reasons, all valid, for my dislike of the Xbone. I gave many examples of whole GENRES that are missing from the Xbone library or are very weakly represented and show no signs of getting more representation any time soon. You ignore EVERY SINGLE POINT and revert back to "Well you just suck Sony cock!". YOU are the fanboy.

@kentray1985: Show me these great games, buddy. Halo? Died with 4. Gears? Never liked it much. It was more of a curiosity. Killer Instinct? I'm more of a Skullgirls/Street Fighter/Guilty Gear kinda guy. And right now I can't name a SINGLE game coming exclusive to Xbone that I actually want either this year or announced for next year. I see MS calling this the "Greatest Holiday Lineup Ever" and it's literally three shooters (five if you count the Gears HD remake as three games) and three sports games. The sports games aren't even exclusive and one shooter, Tomb Raider, is a timed exclusive. Meanwhile I've got Last Guardian, Persona 5, No Man's Sky, WiLD, Horizon, and Uncharted 4 already announced for next year.

I've only got ONE brand I'm loyal to. That's Bethesda. Everything else I go where I see the fun and the entertainment. Sorry my tastes in videogames aren't just shooters and sports games, which is basically ALL the Xbone has.
