@slappy54: Rockstar North's pc ports are not shite though, GTAIV run like toss because the porting wasn't done by Rockstar North, but by their Toronto based support studio, Bully was ported by Rockstar New England.

@sotos2: what were you expecting? the rx 480 the ~$200 SKU that will compete nvidia's ~$200 the gtx1060, like the r9 380 that was competing with nvidia's ~$200 SKU the gtx960, and before that the r9 280 that was the ~$200 competing with nvidia's ~$200 the gtx760, and before that......

if you were expecting a competitor to the 1070 than that will be the 490, like the 390 to the 970.

if you want a competitor to nvidia's $380 card then you wait amd's ~$380 card, they won't break 15 years of pricing strategy for you

@rikku45: it should, using character archetypes is what is not necessarily bad thing, but when you only use character tropes and don't build on them in any way, that is what is a cliche. it's one of the job of the storytelling to give characters that look cliched depth, build on them, to make them not a cliche.

having cliched characters at the prologue is not bad, but if they stay that throughout it is.

@ChunkyDrawers: you can only take a serious counter action like this if people are selling the cheats for money and that doesn't happen as often

@Carpetfluff: zombies in dead rising also caused by virus, and they only 'eat' in the backstory, you stand in a tower they can't get in they won't starve to death or fall asleep. they are 'zombies, walkers, infected...' that are not called zombies because calling them zombies doesn't sound serious. there are also zombie movies where zombies do eat and call them zombie.

the only reason you say they are not zombies because they tell you not to call them zombies, otherwise you'd call them zombies.

also in the last of us it's not a virus, it's a fungus

in the lore they might have living digestive system, but as far as gameplay goes they are zombies with a different name, you still call the walking dead a zombie game despite them being 'walkers', them eating or not doesn't make a difference

@skyhighgam3r: not a substitute, a new elder scrolls needs 3-4 years to be made, this special edition took them a few months

@moose-fitz: there's no way it's $60, since the pc legendary edition includes this one as a free update and that is 35 euros, it's most likely the same on console

@mezzanine58: paradox do have some newbie friendly games now as well, stellaris is not that complex for example
