    A D D I C T I O N. My Everquest story/review.

The first time I saw Everquest was back in 1999, and I was 13 years old. I was at my buddy Nick's house. I saw him running around the Planes of Karana, and was just shocked at how open ended the world was. I was very... Read Full Review

    Shadow of its former self

EverQuest is a shadow of what it was 20 plus years ago. The company that hosts, runs and operates it currently goes by the name Daybreak game company or Darkpaw games. They are experiencing but not dealing with numero... Read Full Review

Countless stars that shine in the world of EQ.

One thing I can remember hearing a lot about with Everquest was the bugs and rushed launched of expansions. I won't argue that, but that does not take anything away from a game that paved the way for so many games to fol... Read Full Review

Memories of the good old days.

I can't speak for how the game is now but for the four years I played it I can share.... The good times I first started playing Everquest March 5, 2002. I was hooked from the first time I had created my first char... Read Full Review

Now the best it has ever been!

I have been playing everquest since 01ish and it has really grown on me. I have tried other games but I always seem to be able to do everything I want to in the game in a matter of months, not with Everqust. The amount... Read Full Review

    Still hold it's own...

Everquest, like many was the first MMO I had played. I have come to see this game as another old-school hard grind' game over the years. Although I have moved on, this is a short retrospect of the game. First of all,... Read Full Review

Unbelievable how addictive this game can remain. Amazing to see friends from years ago return.

They certainly don't make some things like they used to make them. How is it possible that we still play a game more than 9 years after it was first established? How can we get excited about another add-on? How can a ... Read Full Review

I no longer play, but thought I'll write a review for how I felt back then.

I haven't played this game in over a year, but I'll have to say here that it was the most addicting game I have ever played...ever. I started playing when the Kunark expansion was released, and I was instantly addicte... Read Full Review

It was THE expension which almost save the game.

    - Instancing. - Grouping contents and awesome rewards (they cut the last tier). - Broken raiding (so kinda as a no raiding at all). The dungeons where not only fun and challenging, but they have awesome reward... Read Full Review
