I think it's funny that this is only becoming an issue now. When I first started following The Last of Us Last year i kept getting it confused with Beyond: Two Souls because the character looked so much like Ellen Page. I figured she was doing the voice acting for both for quite a while.

@DrHyde The big difference is that no one is trying to pay you millions of dollars to act in movies or video games...

@Armysniper89 Don't call yourself a gamer nerd if you don't know who Ellen Page is...

As long as gamestop doesn't over-book the pre-orders...I'd be pissed if they don't have enough units to fill all the pre-order sales.

@JumpyLuweegee Why would Sony people be mad that Microsoft had to change it's policies in order o avoid disaster? It doesn't affect Sony at all. It just makes Microsoft look like a little brother trying to follow in his big brother's footsteps....and I'm still switching from Microsoft to Sony for the next generation.

Nice gesture, but Microsoft showed it's true colors with the initial plans and statements made by their various spokesmen. To me it only seems like they changed because they saw they were going to be in serious financial trouble if they continued down the path they were on. I don't trust that they won't switch back after the console comes out. I am switching to Sony for the next generation.

@JumpyLuweegee All they proved was that they got caught trying to screw people over and had to change tactics before they lost their shirts. THey need to fire the idiots in the company who came up with those stupid ideas in the first place.

I'm convinced that Microsoft execs have so many Yes Men and arse-kissers surrounding them that they seriously do not know when they make idiotic statements or decisions that alienate potential customers

@jenovaschilld Agreed. Even if you sign an agreement, if you can show the other party is grossly negligent, or breaches their side of the agreement, you can successfully sue...Of course, with a company as big as Microsoft, often the bad press is more damaging than successful lawsuits.

Time bound challenge #1 : Buy an XBox One BEFORE Microsoft loses its shirt on the console.
