[QUOTE="tango90101"][QUOTE="Adrian_Cloud"] [QUOTE="beast667"]:lol: 100,000 people payed $40 for a demo? I'd much rather get warhawk for that priceAdrian_Cloud
Its not this is the first this has happen as stated before...
GT3: Prologue
GT4: PRologue
GT5: Prologue
Its fan service and its that simple, with over a year to come out no other games even do this to appease there fans. This version of Prologue will receive a massive update when the NA version comes around, that might be a little bit more appealing.
This really isn't a demo, this is a finished product. GT5: P =/= GT5 version 1.2, or beta.
since the same cars and tracks will be in the final game, it seems like nothing more than an opportunity to soak every penny out of gamers before the final version hits...
then, with clever marketting, they can get some gamers essentially buying the same game twice in one year for over $100 spent...
extreme milking....
Clever marketing? Fan request it, so Pholophony made it. That simple, no milking".
i don't think that's the way it really is.
if sony didn't listen to their fans with "100 million" ps2 owners, they won't listen to the 4 million ps3 owners....
they didn't do this due to fan request... they're doing it for one thing; Money.
proven by the fact they're releasing the same exact game, only longer, in the very same year...
