It works both ways but you do need to be somewhat successful with both in order to make business.

You're not discouraging anyone. He's either just really dumb or he's getting defensive.

The opening post wasn't the discouraging part, if you read charizard's later posts in the debates they were clearly insulting people planning on buying it. As to what people say about no competition we're talking about system competition not games. Monster hunter won't immediately make people think about it because they usually pay for a game and a system anyways, buying two systems is hard for some people. Maybe you weren't trying to discourage people but the attitude that comes off your posts seems to show.

The only purpose to bashing another system is to discourage other people from buying their own product. Also you don't see many people buying a 3DS and PSvita if they want both so they buy only one. Just as christmas diverts attention to other products as well. I'm pretty sure if the psvita released before the 3DS you would see atleast ten thousand more sold.

I read the first two chapters. I was waiting for more to come out.

I actually think seed is okay but GT just sucked balls and kai seems the same until a certain point in the storyline. You guys should start reading Bardock's Story manga.
