It's probably one of the most sadistic games, but once you get accustomed difficulty it's pretty easy to get through it. (Though there is that tricky moving spikes spot in the Ghosts and Goblins area.) I'm at the final boss but lost motivation once summer started, thus the sig.

Massive blow to Sony. But one thing...

Apparently the game is still a PS3 exclusive in Japan, but it will be on the 360 and PS3 in the US... Now I know Final Fantasy has a massive fan base in Japan, but how big is the FF fanbase in the US? You'd think MS would secure that game on their console in the one region it mattered most, Japan.

I think Microsoft realized that even if it sold well, it wouldn't have a significant impact on 360 sales if it wasn't exclusive. Now if they managed to secure an exclusive FF release, that would definately sell consoles.

This thread makes me want to get System Shock 2 and finish Half Life.

Half Life is an amazing game with the best pacing of any game I've played.
