[QUOTE="matthayter700"]Anyway, at one point people from the front who were holding the lecture, not sure which ones, maybe it was one person, maybe more than one, but they were pointing out that focusing on who to blame isn't going to help solve the problem, and that the focus should be on where to go from here. I found that point much more appealing. A phrase I like to use to describe this situation is "regardless of who started it, it needs to stop"
Zyamaman
I agree with this point.
I honestly don't understand all those people pointing fingers at all directions - Israel has been subjected to a heavy rocket barrage for the duration of this entire week. Israeli officials have attempted to return to the ceasefire, warning the Palestinians from an escalation of violence.
The Palestinians have ignored those warnings, so the IDF attacked - what else is there to understand? Or do some people thing Israel doesn't have the right to protect it's citizens from all immediate threats?
Shifting blame from one side to another will accomplish nothing - the only thing that will stop the violence is Hamas signing the ceasefire agreement again - that's the entire goal of this attack.
what palestineans do u speak of??? That is extremely ignorant.A large portion in my family live in Gaza so i know. Hamas is on its own;it doesnt have much palestenian support.
And did you see the people they killed?12 year-old boys were attacked, just people walking down the street. And israel, how many people were killed by those rockets??And what is the pointless USA doing...The F16 bombers has buildings shaking in its place. No hamas storage places were destroyed since hamas have absolutely nothing..All they have is a few "kids rockets" and some guns...
200 killed and u say it was expected. Those 200 all had lives, were made of blood and flesh like you and me.I bet you,out of all the 200 killed only one was with hamas. If there was a storage house of weapons like in metal gear it would have been uncovered long ago,the day it started construction.
