I have been playing COD: WaW recently and when i leave a game i go to the main menu and instead of hearing one "click" when you hover over an option there is contrant clicking that makes a really annoying sound and then when i refersh the list of games (multiplayer) it says "you must be online to use this feature" any suggestions? Btw, i am online... i'm not that stupid...

So how good are these (for the price)?

The lowest priced "gaming" laptop i would consider would be the Dell XPS 1530 which starts at around $900, and that only has a GeForce 8600, i own a Dell Studio XPS 16 ($1,199) which has a Radeon HD 3670 which benchmarks close to the same as a GeForce 9600, i can max most games out except like Crysis, which i can only do medium.

Okay so i got my Dell Studio XPS 16 about a couple weeks ago and i went to "Can i run it?" website and i failed the "recommended" on a couple games because of my proccesor, a P8400 Core 2 Duo 2.26Ghz which they needed 2.4ghz. I don't really care too much on what they say because i can run it fine but i saw that the T8300 was at 2.4ghz but the difference was that that one said 2.4ghz/800Mhz while the P8400 says 2.26Ghz/1066Mhz. So i thought that since the 8400 was a a higher number than the 8300 and was at 1066Mhz rather than 800Mhz this makes it better right? Also pentium duel cores are like T4400 at 2.4Ghz but mine is much better than that right? Just wondering because i'm not too tech savy about cpus.

Also, i'm running Windows Vista 64-bit, and i have 4gb Ram and i went to settings to change it so it ues some of my hardrive to make it seem like i have 6gb ram, now in that menu it says i have 6gb total but when i go to "my computer" it says i only have 4gb, and my gadgets say that i only have 3gb? Why is this, i'm running 64-bit?

Can smoking around the ps3 hurt it? what if it builds up some cigarette smoke stains in it and effect it. Does anyone know what could happen?sanandreas190

could Sony's console sales rise if they offered a stripped down version of the ps3 that is equivalent to the 360 arcade. meaning a console, with a 256 MB card, no hard drive (option to install later) and no wifi. (option to install wifi later via accessory). that would bring the cost down and silence the idiots who think that the console is too expensive. give them the option to tack on expensive items such as these later. weather we like it or not, there are some people who just don't get it! you know what i mean? Sony needs to accommodate for this. what do you think? i only say this because it really irritates me to see people bash this beautiful piece of hardware because of cost. Sony made so many versions since launch why not a basic version yet?donmega1
